Description
A self portrait drawn from life with charcoals in an 18x36 Strathmore medium grade paper with a work span of four and a half hours.Scratches were made while shading the paper with a charcoal.
C&Cs are welcome.

I like the balance between black and white, itīs quite good. I miss a little more light in the hand, though. Maybe some little touches later with pencils would have helped give it more definition in some areas, like the eyes and hair. I think the shadows lack tones, they would benefit with some smothing.
But again, I think thoseīre minor comments, it works quite well as a portrait, and I couldnīt say anything more without your picture
